Terms & Conditions for 777pt

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 777pt online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the 777pt website and mobile application.

By registering an account on 777pt, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 777pt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government- issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of 777pt services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 777pt. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 777pt employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777pt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 777pt support immediately. 777pt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

777pt reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on 777pt are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777pt does not charge currency conversion fees. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 777pt is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 777pt account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. 777pt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 hours during standard banking hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 777pt account.
• 777pt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 777pt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

777pt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 777pt promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.
• 777pt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used as part of any professional or systematic betting strategy designed to guarantee profit.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on 777pt, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, signals, or strategies in real-time.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with 777pt games or systems.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Money Laundering: Using 777pt to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in violation of Philippine law.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 777pt systems, other player accounts, or any backend infrastructure.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward 777pt staff or other players through any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 777pt platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the 777pt platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Interruption or suspension of services due to maintenance, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond 777pt's reasonable control.

777pt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 777pt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777pt's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

777pt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on 777pt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777pt collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of a personalized gaming experience. 777pt does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

777pt implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 777pt cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

777pt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777pt reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777pt support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any outstanding balance will be returned following verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 777pt, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 777pt support. 777pt will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court of jurisdiction. Players in the Philippines may also seek guidance from PAGCOR regarding disputes related to online gaming operations.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
